Our annual competition, open to all ITF Taekwon-Do practitioners! Featuring Patterns, Sparring, Special Technique and Power Test, and open to all those between Yellow Belt (8th Kup) and Black Belt (6th Degree), of any age.

Join us for Impact Day on Sunday, 17th November 2022 at Croydon Taekwon-Do Academy, featuring seminars on sparring, self-defense, and more, led by TKD Impact’s senior instructors. Open to students 4th Kup and above, aged 13+.

Open to 3rd Degrees and above. Conducted by GM Nardizzi & Master Dennis

Open to Yellow Belt to Black Belt 6th Degree. Four age categories: Junior Under 13’s; Junior 13-17yrs, Adult 18yrs+ and Senior. Events are Sparring, Patterns, Special Technique (Junior Under 13’s and Junior 13-17yrs), Power (Adult 18yrs+ only).
